The committee and players of Morpeth Town Football Club sincerely apologise to all of our loyal fans, who were subject to the disgraceful scenes at Newton Aycliffe Football Club on Saturday 3 December 2016.
We are co-operating with the governing bodies of football to have the events following this match fully investigated and any persons found guilt of malpractice to be dealt with in accordance with the rules of the game.
Morpeth Town Football Club encourage families to come along to support their town’s football team and trust that those events will never be repeated.
