Morpeth Town host Sunderland RCA (7.30pm) at Craik Park knowing every point is vital between now and the end of the season. However, they face one of the toughest tests in Division One as RCA are one of the in-form sides in the league of late, a run of form that has propelled them into the top six.

SNAPSHOT PREVIEW
FORM: Morpeth’s fixtures have taken a beating by the weather and they haven’t played since travelling to Marske United on March 29th. At home, they are impressive to say the least with only one team able to boast a better defensive record than The Highwaymen who have conceded only 18 league goals at Craik Park.

Sunderland RCA are on a tremendous upward curve of late and have taken 18 points from a possible 21. Six wins from seven have catapulted them into the top six as we head into the final stretch. Away from home, only four teams have won more than Sunderland RCA in Division One, with their 10 league wins testament to their strength on their travels. Morpeth will need to be wary.
LAST GAME: Morpeth journeyed to Marske United on a Thursday night and lost 4-1. A Stephen Elliott consolation strike late in the second half was a highlight on a frustrating night at the GER Stadium. Sunderland RCA fared much better, beating Newcastle Benfield 3-1 on Saturday.
