Morpeth Town captain Keith Graydon admitted he knew little or nothing about The Highwaymen when he joined the club from Spennymoor.

Making the switch may have been a step into the unknown but fast forward over 150 appearances and the midfielder is delighted he took the chance and is now keen to extend his stay even further at Craik Park. He celebrated passing that milestone with a goal in an 8-2 win against Blyth Spartans, a result which saw Town ease into the Techflow Group Senior Cup final. Although a place in the final is more than enough, the added bonus is a trip to St James’ Park at the end of the current campaign.
