North Shields got revenge for their FA Vase exit with a 2-1 win. Ben Richardson opened the scoring after just 52 seconds before Curtis Coppen added a second just after half-time.

Substitute Luke Carr pulled one back with 20 minutes to play, but the Highwaymen were unable to overturn the deficit.

North Shields will now go on to face Blyth Spartans in the final on the 4th of May at St James’ Park.
