Match postponed but the show goes on!

Morpeth Town’s game at home to Whitby Town has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

With freezing temperatures overnight, the pitch was deemed unplayable by the match referee following an inspection this morning. No new date has been set for the rearranged fixture.

BUT THE SHOW MUST GO ON!

We have an action-packed afternoon and night at the clubhouse as well unveil our new marquee with live music from the outstanding Queen tribute band and an appearance from an Amy Winehouse tribut act. The clubhouse will be open from 2pm, selling food and drinks, with the Newcastle United match live on the big screens from 3pm. Then the live music gets underway from 5pm in the marquee. You must have a ticket to get in to this event, with a limited number on sale at the clubhouse this afternoon.
