Morpeth Town AFC are pleased to announce the signings of three experienced players ahead of the 2015/16 season.
Striker Jordan Nellis, midfielder Lee McAndrew and defender Chris Swailes bolster a squad that finished eighth in the EBAC Northern League Division One last season after a fantastic run of results after Christmas.
Nellis signed from local rivals Bedlington Terriers. He is a striker who has an abundance of energy and pace and can play anywhere across the front three.
McAndrew is a signing with a wealth of experience in the Northern League having made 175 appearances for Dunston UTS. He has also spent time at Spennymoor Town and West Allotment Celtic.
Swailes signs for the club as he heads into his 45-year. His unrivalled experience will be a massive boost for the young squad. He will also help as an assistant coach at the club.
