Sunderland heading to Craik Park for pre-season outing

Morpeth Town’s pre-season fixture schedule is nearly complete, with some cracking games in store as they prepare for life in Evo-Stik North for the first time.
A side sent from League One Sunderland will travel to Craik Park on July 31st, with a host of entertaining encounters against well-known rivals from the Northern League, including Stockton Town, Whitley Bay, Dunston UTS and Consett.
The Highwaymen round off pre-season with a visit from Whitby Town on August 11th, a week before the league season starts.
All league fixtures are due to be announced on July 12th.
